BREW: Protecting Your Business From Disruption of Losing Key Employees Through Death, Disability, or Departure

Chris Henderson, Managing Director at M3 Financial joins the BREW to share his experience on working with businesses to create retention strategies for Key Employees – specifically how he shifted from unpredictable individually underwritten plans to a more consistent and successful approach using a mulit-life guaranteed issue chassis. Since making this shift, Chris has found that not only is the process smoother, but it’s easier to approach business owners about their “high impact” employees who drive their business day in, day out.  Chris has been Top 5 in LIFE sales at E4 each year the past 7 years while being number ONE, 5 of the last 7 years.  On top of his sales success, Chris currently sits as President of NAIFA-WI where he focuses his time on supporting his peers and industry as a whole.  We look forward to Chris sharing his perspective as his experience and knowledge could help many others.
