Brady joined the E4IS team in 2023 as the Sr. Vice President of Disability Income.  Brady came to us from Ohio National, where he was the Director of Disability Income Sales. Over 30 years, he has been a personal producer with Guardian and worked in various home office positions with The Standard, Principal Financial Group, and Business Men’s Assurance. His home office experience includes underwriting, product development, executive benefit sales, and territory management.

Brady’s wealth of experience equips him with the knowledge and ability to assist advisors in positioning all types of income protection products. However, it is his unwavering passion for protecting people’s most valuable asset, the ability to earn an income, that truly sets him apart. This passion drives him to go above and beyond in his role, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Brady’s academic journey is a testament to his commitment. He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 1993, earning degrees in Industrial Technology and Business Administration. He also holds life and health licenses, and has received his Certification in Long-Term Care (CLTC) in further solidifying his qualifications.

Brady resides in Sun Lakes, AZ. He has two adult daughters and can usually be found on a golf course if not working or with family.
