Greg has over 20 years of leadership experience in the insurance and financial services industries. He is a seasoned executive specializing in national sales strategy, business development, and team leadership for Life and Long-Term Care (LTC) products. Greg has driven national growth and market expansion, achieving over $138 million in life insurance sales.
Previously, as President of INFORCE Solutions, LLC, Greg founded and led a national brokerage agency, overseeing operations and developing a proprietary processing platform that resulted in $95 95million in life insurance sales. At GamePlan Financial Marketing, LLC, he served as Senior Vice President, increasing target life insurance premiums from $1 million to $10.3 million by 2012 and delivering consistent double-digit growth. His focus on mentorship, accountability, and cross-departmental collaboration fostered high-performing teams and company-wide success.
Earlier, as Director of Sales at Allianz Life, Greg trained independent agents and developed sales strategies for national IMOs/FMOs, boosting sales across Fixed Annuities, Life Insurance, and LTC insurance. His emphasis on mentorship and collaboration continues to foster high-performing teams and overall success. Greg has a degree from the University of North Dakota, with a Bachelor’s in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, and holds a Private/Commercial/Instrument Rating as a Pilot.
