Faith brings a diverse professional background and a fresh perspective to her role as Executive Assistant at E4 Insurance Services. While she has not previously worked in the insurance industry, her experience in legal, healthcare, and behavioral support roles has equipped her with the organizational skills, adaptability, and attention to detail necessary to excel in a dynamic business environment.

Faith grew up just outside Tampa, Florida, later spending time in Asheville, North Carolina, before settling in the small town of Dawson, Minnesota. Coming from a very musical family, she developed a lifelong passion for music of all kinds. She is married to her high school sweetheart, and together they have built a life rooted in family. In her free time, Faith enjoys gathering with friends and family for board games, card games, and trivia nights.

Alongside her work experience, she is academically accomplished, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Sociology, and Criminal Justice from Minnesota State University Moorhead. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology at John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City.

Faith is excited to bring her strong work ethic, dedication, and passion for helping others to her role at E4 Insurance Services. She looks forward to supporting the team and contributing to the success of the organization.
