Erin Shrader, CCM
Support Specialist

Erin Shrader has worked in the Insurance Industry for over 17 years and joined the E4 team as a Product Support Specialist in April of 2024.
She began her career as a Case Manager in a Disability Insurance Brokerage, where she worked with carriers such as the Standard and Guardian to provide Individual and GSI Disability policies to various agents and agencies.

Over the past ten years, Erin has honed her skills in various departments at Augustar Financial (formerly Ohio National), including New Business Policy Issue and Quality Assurance, New Business Data Entry, and most recently, as an Operations Project Analyst, showcasing her versatility and adaptability. Erin is thrilled to bring her DI “roots” back to life and to leverage her extensive experience to add value to the E4 Team.

When not working, Erin is a devoted mom to three boys, three cats, and a puppy. More often than not, her schedule is filled with school activities, soccer practices, and games, but when she has a few minutes to herself, she loves to read, bake, draw, watch football, and catch up on all things Disney.
