Brandon Barker
Case Design Specialist

Brandon is a knowledgeable compliance and insurance professional with broad expertise in regulatory oversight, annuity suitability, and operational support in the financial services field. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Sports Studies from the University of Iowa and more than ten years of experience assisting advisors and agents through every phase of the business cycle.

With over a decade in the annuity and financial industry working with both carriers and IMOs, Brandon has handled complex caseloads, led suitability review processes, and contributed to third-party risk management and compliance testing. He has created reference tools for carrier suitability standards, given executive-level presentations on risk oversight, and acted as a primary contact for advisor onboarding and operational transitions, bringing a strong analytical mind and solid industry background to the E4 team.

Brandon currently lives in the Quad Cities, situated on the Mississippi River between Des Moines and Chicago. He has also lived in Des Moines, Minneapolis, and Phoenix. Outside of work, he is a dedicated Iowa Hawkeyes fan (with season tickets for women’s basketball). He enjoys working out, hanging out with friends, spending time with his rescue pup, and exploring local coffee shops.
