With a background in sales and sales leadership, Jonathan is experienced in client-facing discussions and partnering with others to assist them in growing their practice. Jonathan is an exceptional and results-driven financial services manager with extensive experience in sales, business development, conflict resolution, training and development, prospecting, promotions, product management, and relationship building and management. His proven aptitude for generating growth opportunities, building key relationships, and overseeing high-profile product initiatives is key to the success of advisors who work with him. Jonathan is a resourceful and accomplished producer with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities and excellent strategy development with deployment skills to reach and exceed short- and long-term goals.

Jonathan is usually busy coaching youth sports, hunting, fishing, and golfing in his free time. He is married to his wife (Katie) and has two children (Brayden and Collins).

Jonathan joins E4IS, bringing over 20 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. Jonathan holds a Marketing Degree from The University of Mississippi and remains an avid follower of Ole Miss athletics.
