Brendon DeRouin, CLU®, ChFC®, LACP®, RICP®
Chief Executive Officer & Managing Partner

As CEO of E4 Insurance Services, Brendon has built a dynamic team committed to delivering trusted knowledge and recommendations, empowering advisors to better support their clients in all insurance and risk management aspects. By partnering with E4IS, advisors can expand their services and stand out by addressing critical client needs. Brendon’s vision of “Making Life Simple” serves as the guiding principle for the team’s work—providing faster, more accurate solutions with strategic planning steps to safeguard clients’ interests.

With over 25 years of industry experience, Brendon’s journey began with a Finance degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. While at UW–Madison and shortly after graduating, Brendon worked in the back office for a local Broker Dealer, honing his skills and earning his Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses. He transitioned to a small retail sales practice before joining Insurance Services Group, Inc. (ISG), where his passion for advanced sales strategies flourished.

In 2006, Brendon assumed leadership and ownership of ISG, focusing on creating more profound value for advisor relationships. Recognizing the vast need for practical solutions paired with better implementation, he shifted his focus to supporting advisors, maximizing his impact through collaboration. This mission was amplified by the 2019 merger of E4 Brokerage, LLC and ISG, forming E4 Insurance Services, LLC—a company dedicated to simplifying the complex for advisors and their clients.

Brendon’s leadership extends beyond E4IS; he has served as the President of NAIFA-WI (2016, 2023) and has been an active board member for many years. Outside work, Brendon finds joy with his wife, Tacy, and their two children, Emerson and Taydon, at their family orchard in New Glarus. An outdoor enthusiast, Brendon embraces activities like swimming, biking, skiing, hunting, and even splitting wood—finding any excuse to breathe fresh air and connect with nature.
